CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 22-042 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2022-03 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance amending <br />sections related to Swimming Pools, Refuse Handling, Signs, Natural Landscapes, Parking, Accessory Uses, <br />and Administrative Procedures; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2022-03. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2022-03 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />Ordinance 2022-03 <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 150 Housing Maintenance and Occupancy; <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2022-03 on May 24, 2022. <br />This ordinance amending sections related to: <br />Swimming Pools <br />Refuse Handling <br />Signs <br />Natural Landscapes <br />Parking <br />Accessory Uses <br />Administrative Procedures <br />The regulations are intended to codify current practices, conform regulations internally, create alternatives for <br />common conditions that cannot track with current ordinances, and establish baseline rules for otherwise <br />unregulated activities. <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br />Adopted this 24th day of May, 2022. <br />_________________________________ <br /> Randy Stille, Mayor <br />ATTEST: _________________________ <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: _________________________________ <br /> Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />41
