Through the approval <br />of a conditional use permit (CUP), <br />Ffence heights as listed above in <br />§150.072, C, 2, a-c may be increased <br />for the following types of fencing <br />§ 150.073 CONSTRUCTION AND <br />MAINTENANCE. <br />Every fence must be <br />constructed in a <br />substantial manner and of <br />substantial material, <br />reasonably suitable for the <br />purpose for which the <br />fence is intended as listed <br />in the criteria below.
