Questionnaire #2 The subcommittee decided that a second questionnaire of the general public was needed after there were requests to revisit the criteria. The questionnaire was posted on the City’s website, emails were sent out via govDelivery, a press releases was posted, and emails were sent to everyone who had attended a previous meeting or provided their email. The questionnaire was available to the public for several weeks in February and March, 2015. The results are as follows: 168 individuals viewed the questionnaire, and 40 completed the questionnaire.
