That <br />Code established a setback <br />requirement of 3 feet from <br />adjoining property; and it <br />has been the City’s policy to <br />allow/promote pollinator- <br />friendly plantings in the <br />right of way. This change <br />deletes the conflicting <br />language. <br />Additional language will <br />help limit the <br />encroachment and extent <br />of natural landscapes in the <br />setback or public areas. <br />34
