CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 22-065 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br />OF ST ANTHONY VILLAGE PUBLIC WORKS AND OTHER AGENCIES WITHIN THE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, this agreement provides a process for units of government to share public works <br />personnel and equipment with other agencies within the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village desires to enter said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF SAINT <br />ANTHONY VILLAGE, MINNESOTA authorizes the public works mutual aid agreement and <br />the City Manager and Mayor are authorized to sign said agreement. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Director of Public Works and City Manager are both <br />designated as the "Requesting Official" and the "Sending Official" for the Public Works Joint <br />Powers Mutual Aid Agreement. <br />Adopted this 27a' day of September, 2022. <br />ATTEST. b <br />City ark <br />Review for Administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
