10 11.PUBLIC INFORMATION. If requested by the County, the Grantee will comply with the following: A.In all news releases and other public notices related to projects funded under this Agreement, the Grantee will include information identifying the source of funds as Ramsey County. B.For all construction projects, the Grantee will erect a sign to the County’s specifications at the construction site, identifying the source of funds as Ramsey County. 12.EVALUATION. The Grantee agrees to participate with the County in any evaluation project or performance report, as designed by the County or the appropriate federal agency, and to make available all information required by any such evaluation process. 13.DATA PRIVACY. All data collected, created, received, maintained, or disseminated for any purpose in the course of the Grantee’s performance of this Agreement is governed by the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13, or any other applicable state statutes, any state rules adopted to implement the Act and statutes, as well as federal statutes and regulations on data privacy. 14. PAYMENT / DISBURSEMENT SCHEDULE County will disburse funds to Grantee pursuant to this Agreement, based on a payment request form provided by the County, submitted by Grantee and approved by the County. Payment requests can be submitted once per month and must be accompanied by supporting invoices that are related to activities in the approved project budget. Subject to verification of adequacy of a written disbursement request and approval of consistency with this Agreement, the County will disburse the requested amount to Grantee within three (3) weeks after receipt of a written disbursement request. The final request for disbursement must be submitted by January 12, 2024, unless extended in writing by County, or any unrequested funds will be lost. 25
