CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 22-074 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE GRANT AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE AND THE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSE FUNDS PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, St. Anthony Village has applied to Ramsey County Housing and Redevelopment Authority for a grant <br />in an amount not to exceed Forty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($40,000.00), the proceeds of which <br />are to be used to cant' out activities pursuant to the eligibility requirements of the Ramsey County <br />Environmental Response Fund program for remediation activities at the 3803 Stinson Boulevard site <br />in the City of St. Anthony Village; and <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County Housing and Redevelopment Authority has agreed to make the grant on terms as set <br />forth in the Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />1. The City Council agrees to accept and approve the Grant Agreement between the City of St. <br />Anthony Village and the Ramsey County Housing and Redevelopment; and <br />2.
