CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 22-078 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE KENZIE TERRACE APARTMENTS PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village approves the Kenzie Terrace Apartments <br />project, for which an Environmental Response Fund grant application is being <br />submitted to the Hennepin County Environment and Energy Department; and <br />WHEREAS, the grant funds received will be used for environmental remediation related to the <br />Kenzie Terrace Apartment project. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony <br />Village hereby approves the Kenzie Terrace Apartment clean up project, for which an <br />Environmental Response Fund grant application submitted to the Hennepin County Environment <br />and Energy Department. <br />Adopted this 8`h day of November 2022. <br />ATTEST: <br />City C erk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Randy Skilk, Mayor <br />G� <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
