Kenzie Terrace Land Update. <br />38 <br />39 Executive Director Charlie Yunker updated the HRA on the Minnesota Pollution Control <br />40 Agency (PCA) letter dated August 15, 2022 relating to the petroleum tank release liability at <br />41 Kenzie Terrace. <br />42 <br />43 Chair Stille asked and received confirmation that no action is needed. <br />44 <br />45 V.
