CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 22-079 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENTERING INTO A JOINT AND COOPERATIVE <br />AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE AND USE OF SELF-CONTAINED BREATHING <br />APPARATUS (SCBA) <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 471.59 authorizes local units of government to enter into Joint <br />and Cooperative Agreements of governmental powers common to the contracting <br />parties. The intent of this agreement is to make available purchased firefighting <br />self-contained breathing apparatus to the City of St. Anthony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />1. The City of St. Anthony City Council does hereby approve the Joint and <br />Cooperative Agreement for the purchasing program of self-contained <br />breathing apparatus with the cities and fire departments from the Hennepin <br />County Fire Chiefs Association. <br />2.
