I have 24 years of experience working <br />with commercial real estate and related land use issues and working as a public servant. Both areas of experience have <br />served me well on the planning commission, and can continue to do so for another term. <br /> <br />I enjoy reading and learning about all things commercial real estate and many urban land use issues. To maintain my <br />assessor's license, I am required to take 60 hours of continuing education every 4 years on topics related to these issues and <br />property taxes. <br /> <br />I am currently the Interim Deputy Director of the Ramsey County Assessor's Department, and prior to that served as the <br />commercial property manager for 9 years. <br />Please list your prior experience serving on a Board, Commission, etc.* <br />Besides serving on the Saint Anthony Planning Commission since January of 2020, I have served in various capacities on <br />several committees in my career. Most recently, I represented the Assessor's Department in setting service team related <br />performance measures, and am co-leading an effort to change the organizational structure of the department. Since 2013, I <br />have represented the department in annual meetings with metro area assessors to discuss upcoming commercial, industrial <br />and multi-family property value adjustments.
