REQUEST FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION <br />To:Saint Anthony Village City Council <br />From:Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />Date:December 13, 2022 City Council Meeting <br />Resolution:Approving the 2023 Fee Schedule <br />OVERVIEW <br />In front of you this evening is a resolution to approve the proposed 2023 Fee Schedule. Staff has reviewed the <br />entire fee schedule and recommends the changes noted in the proposed schedule. <br />Changes include: <br />Amendments to building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing permit fees <br />Addition of special investigation fee (applicable when work is started prior to obtaining a permit) <br />Amendments to manufactured home permit fees <br />Amendment to bus bench license fee <br />Amendments to land use application fees <br />Amendments to rental license fees <br />Addition of escrow for right of way permits <br />Amendments to water meter fees <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Fee Schedule <br />215
