REQUEST FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION <br />To:Saint Anthony Village City Council <br />From:Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />Date:December 13, 2022 City Council Meeting <br />Resolution:Approving the 2023 Appointments to the Parks & Environmental Commission and Appointing <br />the Chair and Vice Chair of the Parks & Environmental Commission <br />BACKGROUND <br />In front of you this evening is a resolution approving the 2023 appointments and appointing the Chair and Vice <br />Chair to the Parks & Environmental commission. <br />Parks & Environmental Commission application information was advertised in the Fall 2022 Village Notes and on <br />the City’s website. There are two (2) vacancies, and five (5) applications were received and all were interviewed <br />by the Mayor and Council on December 7, 2022. <br />The Mayor and City Council individually and city council then agreed by consensus on appointing Therese <br />Bordeau and Katie Godmare for a three-year appointment along with appointing Therese Bordeau as Chair and <br />Michael Guest as Vice Chair. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval. <br />235
