WHEREAS, the scheduled debt levy for Series 2018A (9416) in the amount of 177,988.05 is cancelled <br />and will be levied at a reduced amount of 137,988.05 and there are sufficient funds on hand <br />to cover the debt service payment; and <br />WHEREAS, the scheduled debt levy for Series 2019A (9417A) in the amount of 101,430.00 is cancelled <br />and will be levied at a reduced amount of 81,430.00 and there are sufficient funds on hand <br />to cover the debt service payment; and <br />WHEREAS, the scheduled debt levy for Series 2019A (9417C) in the amount of 124,633.00 is cancelled <br />and will be levied at a reduced amount of 97,156.00 and there are sufficient funds on hand <br />to cover the debt service payment; and <br />WHEREAS, the scheduled debt levy for Series 2020A (9419A) in the amount of 232,600.34 is cancelled <br />and will be levied at a reduced amount of 178,253.34 and there are sufficient funds on hand <br />to cover the debt service payment; and <br />WHEREAS, the scheduled debt levy for Series 2021A (9420B) in the amount of 115,914.26 is cancelled <br />and will be levied at a reduced amount of 75,914.26 and there are sufficient funds on hand <br />to cover the debt service payment; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held the required Truth in Taxation meeting on Tuesday, December 13, <br />2022, 7:00 P.M. in its Council Chambers, to discuss the 2023 budget and property tax levy <br />with the residents of St. Anthony Village; and <br />WHEREAS, the information required for the City Council to determine a Final 2023 property tax levy has <br />been collected <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br />1) The final 2023 Property Tax Levy is: <br />General Operating Levy <br />Capital Improvement Project Levy <br />Debt Service Levy <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority Levy <br />Building Improvement Levy <br />Infrastructure Levy <br />Park Improvement Levy <br />2) The preliminary 2023 General Fund Operating Budget <br />Adopted this 13"' day of December, 2022. <br />ATTEST: U <br />City CIA <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Randy <br />$5,479,630 <br />$ 338,200 <br />$2,487,181 <br />$ 209,414 <br />$ 93,000 <br />$ 70,000 <br />10.00 <br />$8,687,425 <br />$8,744,588 <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
