Contract Exhibits ¨ E6 <br />The Contractor may propose additional materials be added to the list. Additionally, if any <br />agreement the City has with Hennepin or Ramsey County at any time during the term of this <br />Contract requires the collection of additional materials, the Contractor will be required to collect <br />the additional materials within six months, or less, of receiving notification from the City at no <br />additional cost to the City. The Contractor shall assure the City that adequate recyclable material <br />processing capacity will be provided for all City material collected. <br />154
