CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-015 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2023 AGREEMENTS WITH NORTHEAST <br />YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES (NYFS) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village agrees to partner with Northeast Youth and <br />Family Services (NYFS) to provide services for at-risk youth and families within <br />St. Anthony; and <br />WHEREAS, the programs that will be provided to the residents of Saint Anthony include <br />Mental Health Services, Youth Development Programs and Community advocate <br />Program as a resource for law enforcement to utilize when encountering mental <br />health, family instability medical care and other needs. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony <br />Village hereby approves the agreement with Northeast Youth and Family Services and an <br />administrative fee of $20,265.65 and Community Advocate fee of $13,969.38 for 2023. <br />Adopted this 10th day of January, 2023. <br />______________________________________ <br />Randy Stille, Mayor <br />ATTEST:____________________________ <br /> City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: _____________________________________ <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />95
