CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-008 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ELECTED OFFICIALS OUT OF <br />STATE TRAVEL POLICY FOR 2023 <br />WHEREAS, In accordance to Minnesota State Statute Chapter 471, Section 661, requires that <br />cities, counties and school districts develop a policy that regulates travel by <br />elected officials outside of the state; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council will review this policy annually; <br />WHEREAS, any changes to the policy must be approved by a recorded vote; and <br />WHEREAS, elected officials of the City of Saint Anthony Village will follow the limitations <br />outlined in the policy. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony <br />Village hereby approves the elected officials Out of State Travel Policy for 2023. <br />Adopted this I Oth day of Jarm 2023. <br />93-�* <br />Randy S 1 Mayor <br />ATTES <br />y Clerk <br />Review for Administration: L� <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
