City Code Updates related to Pavements, Driveways, <br />Administrative Fees, Non-Commercial Signs <br />E. Natural Landscapes (per Sustainability policies) <br />F. Review of Options for R-1 Residential regulations <br />G. Feeding of Wild Animals <br />H. Residential Fencing regulations <br />I. Residential Rubbish Container amendments <br />J. Regulations for Brewery/Taprooms <br />K. Bus Bench Licensing/Regulations <br />L. Public Right of Way Maintenance and Use <br />Looking Forward <br />Implementing the Comprehensive Plan <br />1. Comprehensive Plan implementation over the next 5-10 <br />years. <br />•Establish priority work activities for staff and Planning <br />Commission <br />•Establish priorities for the annual city budget. <br />•Establish priorities for the 5-year capital improvement <br />expense plans. <br />2.
