(Underway) <br />2.Update Zoning Districts, where needed, to better address contemporary development <br />patterns and demand. <br />a.Industrial District – Land Uses, Architectural Standards, Site Planning <br />(Complete in 2022) <br />b.Commercial District – Land Uses, Architectural Standards, Site Planning <br />(Complete in 2022) <br />c.Update Zoning Regulations, where needed, to implement specific Comp Plan <br />goals, as well as common zoning issues. (Ongoing) <br />d.Review dimensional and use standards in R-1 Districts to maintain intended <br />neighborhood character, and promote existing residential reinvestment (Partial <br />- Holding for SF Rental discussion in 2023) <br />e.Others as identified throughout year. (Various City Code Updates completed, <br />including Fencing, Swimming Pools, Natural Landscapes, Bus Bench <br />Regulations, Dumpsters, Right of Way usage, etc.) <br />3.Address Sign Regulations, including Temporary Signs (Underway) <br />4.Research and Review Lighting Regulations (To do) <br />5.Research and Review Tobacco Regulations (Underway) <br />6.Hemp/THC Retailing (2023) <br />7.Single Family Rental Research (Underway, and 2023) <br />8.Temporary Buildings (2023) <br />9.Others as Identified <br />Monitor Emerging Planning Issues and Address as Needed
