Resolution 23-016 Approving Summary Publication for Ordinance 2022-09. <br />Mayor Stille reviewed this Resolution is to approve Summary Publication for the above approved <br />Ordinance 2022-09. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to approve Resolution <br />23-016 Approving Summary Publication for Ordinance 2022-09. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />VII. REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />City Manager Yunker had no report. <br />Councilmember Webster stated tomorrow the goal setting sessions begin and she looks forward <br />to those sessions. <br />Councilmember Randle had no report. <br />Councilmember Jenson stated on January 13, he attended the Ramsey County Local League of <br />Governments Executive Board Meeting. On January 19, he attended the Metro Cities Board of <br />Director Meeting. <br />Councilmember Walker had no report. <br />Mayor Stille had no report. <br />40 VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />41 <br />42 Mr. Don Jenson asked that the Council look at the actual costs of the ordinance that was just <br />43 adopted. He went through the process during the last couple of weeks. He received a flash drive <br />44 for a cost of $395 to give to Public Works so they can see the cost of pipe replacement. The cost <br />45 to line the pipe is $150 a foot. He encouraged Council to look at what other cities are doing to <br />
