To date, walk-through and discussions with <br />Police & Admin/Finance staff took place on March 31st. <br />STAFFING <br />Address challenges with recruitment of <br />new staff members <br />Police Department representatives attended law <br />enforcement career fair to promote the City and increase <br />applicant pool. <br />Recruitment for a Finance Director began March 28th in <br />preparation for current Finance Director’s retirement <br />later this year.
