CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-028 <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE USE OF CENTRAL PARK PAVILION AND <br />PARKING LOT FOR A SPECIAL EVENT ON JUNE 3, 2023 <br />WHEREAS, Alisa Gingerich, SANBE Foundation, has submitted a special event permit to use <br />city property to host a Party at the Pavilion on June 3, 2023 from 6PM to 1 OPM; and <br />WHEREAS, the event will be held in and around the Central Park Pavilion and parking lot; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the request and finds it to be acceptable. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village approves <br />the request from the SANBE Foundation to host a Party at the Pavilion on June 3, 2022 from 6 PM <br />to 10 PM in and around the Central Park Pavilion and parking lot. <br />Adopted this 25th day of April, 2023. <br />Randy Still ayor <br />ATTES4ty <br />C <br />ler <br />Review for Administration: <br />0""- <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
