ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-026 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br />FOR THE DIVE SPORTS BAR AND GRILL LOCATED AT 3701 STINSON BLVD <br />WHEREAS, the applicant's filed a completed application for an On -sale Intoxicating <br />Liquor License for The Dive Sports Bar and Grill located at 3701 Stinson <br />Blvd on March 17, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has reviewed the application materials and completed a background <br />check; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff recommends approval of an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />The Dive Sports Bar and Grill located at 3701 Stinson Blvd. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint <br />Anthony Village hereby approves an On -sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />The Dive Sports Bar and Grill located at 3701 Stinson Blvd. <br />Adopted this 250' day April, 2023. <br />ATTES <br />C y Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />. 9,,�p <br />Randy ti e, Mayo <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
