CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-030 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE CITY PLANNER <br />WHEREAS, the current city's planning consultant, Northwest Associated Consultants (NAC), <br />is re -ordering it's work and company agreements; AND <br />WHEREAS, the City's current Planner with NAC, Steve Grittman, has exited NAC and <br />established Grittman Consulting, LLC; AND <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an agreement from Grittman Consulting, LLC to provide <br />professional technical planning, zoning, and development assistance services; <br />AND <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony <br />Village hereby approves the agreement with Grittman Consulting, LLC to provide professional <br />technical planning, zoning, and development assistance poices. <br />Adopted this 9a' day of May, 2023. <br />Randy <br />ATTES . <br />Ci y Clerk <br />Review for Administration: t/ <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
