<br />ORDINANCE 2023-01 <br /> <br /> <br />case shall exceed thirty six (36) square feet in total area. The design, materials and location shall <br />be subject to review prior to City issuance of the required Zoning Permit. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Section 13. Section § 150.094 (I) is are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />§ 150.094 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS. <br />(I) Dumpsters. Dumpsters are permitted for no more than one hundred twenty (120) <br />days in a calendar year, or for the duration of an associated building permit, <br />whichever is longer, and must be maintained in good repair and appearance. The <br />height of the materials in the dumpster shall not exceed the height of the dumpster. <br />No dumpster shall be placed closer than five (5) feet from any side or rear property <br />line. <br /> <br />Section 14. Section § 150.094 (J) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />§ 150.094 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS. <br />(J) (7) No more than two (2) flexible or compact dumpsters shall be kept on any property at <br />any one time, nor may any individual residential property keep such flexible dumpsters or <br />compact dumpsters for more than one hundred twenty (120) days in any calendar year. <br /> <br /> Section 15. The City Clerk is hereby directed to make the changes required by this Ordinance <br />as part of the Official St. Anthony City Code, Title XV, Zoning Ordinance, and to <br />renumber the tables and chapters accordingly as necessary to provide the intended <br />effect of this Ordinance. The City Clerk is further directed to make necessary <br />corrections to any internal citations that result from said renumbering process, <br />provided that such changes retain the purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance <br />as has been adopted. <br /> <br />Section 16. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage <br />and publication. This ordinance may be published by summary publication, <br />per a duly adopted resolution of the City Council. The ordinance in its entirety <br />and any related map shall be posted on the City website after publication.
