CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-033 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED 2024 DEBT LEVY AND THE PHASE 11 <br />DEBT LEVY PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has annually reviewed the debt levy requirements and long-range debt levy <br />program and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council discussed future infrastructure improvements, and debt levy amounts and <br />funding scenarios for said improvements, at the Council's work session on June 13' 2023 <br />work session. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br />1) The proposed 2024 Debt Levy amount shall be set at $ 2,136,734 <br />2) The Street portion of the Infrastructure levy shall increase by $350,447 <br />3) Resulting in a combined levy for the Street Improvement program and related Debt Service <br />funding plan at $2,487,181 <br />Adopted this 27a' day of June, 2023. <br />-A- Ik <br />Rand S lle, Mayor <br />ATTEST: 4a��, <br />Cffy Omer/j <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
