CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-036 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2023-01 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance <br />concerning City Code updates to Sections 10 Relating to General Penalty, 96 Relating to Definitions, 150 <br />relating to Rubbish and Recyclables, 152 relating Parking, Temporary Structures and Accessory Buildings and <br />155 regarding Temporary Signs; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2023-01. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2023-01 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />Ordinance 2023-01 <br />An Ordinance Amending Sections; <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2023-01 on July 11, 2023, amending numerous <br />Sections of the City Code. <br />The amended ordinance elements include: <br />Section 10- General Penalty <br />Section 96- Regarding Definitions <br />Section 150- Rubbish and Recyclables <br />Section 152- Parking, Temporary Structures and Accessory Buildings <br />Section 155- Temporary Signs <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br />Adopted this 11th day of July, 2023. <br />RanStille, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
