CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-037 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2023-02 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance <br />concerning City Code Building updates to Sections 150.015 and 150.016 regarding the application, <br />administration and enforcement of plumbing requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2023-02. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2023-02 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />Ordinance 2023-02 <br />An Ordinance Amending Sections; <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2023-02 on July 11, 2023, amending Section 150 <br />of the Minnesota State Building Code. <br />The amended ordinance elements include: <br />Code Updates for 150.015 and 150.016 regarding the Application, Administration and Enforcement of building <br />codes related to plumbing. <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br />Adopted this 11 th day of July, 2023. <br />ATTEST: <br />�Ulity Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Char 'e Yunker, City Manager <br />
