ANTHONY <br />2 HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING <br />3 JUNE 27, 2023 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 <br />7 Chair Stille called the meeting to order at 8:05 p.m. <br />8 <br />9 ROLL CALL. <br />10 <br />11 Present:Chair Stille, Commissioners Jenson, Randle, Walker and Webster. <br />12 Absent:None <br />13 Also Present:Executive Director Charlie Yunker <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 I.APPROVAL OF JUNE 27, 2023 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br />17 <br />18 Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Randle, to approve the June 27, <br />19 2023 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />20 <br />21 Motion carried 5-0. <br />22 <br />23 II.CONSENT AGENDA. <br />24 <br />A.25 H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of May 23, 2023 <br />B.26 Claims <br />27 <br />28 Motion by Commissioner Webster, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the Consent <br />29 Agenda as presented. <br />30 <br />31 Motion carried 5-0. <br />32 <br />33 III.PUBLIC HEARINGS – NONE. <br />34 <br />IV.35 GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />36 <br />A.37 HRA Resolution 23-01 <br />38 <br />39 Executive Director Charlie Yunker reviewed on June 20, 2023, Staff received a Letter of Intent <br />40 to Purchase the City-owned property at 3803 Stinson Blvd NE, St. Anthony, MN 55421. The <br />41 letter was reviewed by the City Attorney and no concerns were identified. Should the HRA <br />42 approve Staff to sign the letter, Staff would recommend arranging for a work session with the <br />43 HRA and prospective buyer and their representatives, to discuss the intended use. The building <br />44 would be used as is. <br />45 <br />46 Commissioner Randle asked if the City is still responsible for removing the tanks and canopy <br />47 and Mr. Yunker said the City is since it is the owner of the property. <br />48
