CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-040 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2023-03 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance <br />concerning City Code updates to Sections 111 and 152 Relating to the Regulation of the Sale, Manufacturing <br />and Distribution of Cannabinoid Products; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2023-03. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2023-03 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />Ordinance 2023-03 <br />An Ordinance Amending Sections 111 and 152 of the City of St. Anthony City Code; <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2023-03 on July 25, 2023, amending Sections. <br />The amended ordinance elements include: <br />Section 111- Hemp Derived Cannabinoid Products <br />Section 152- Cannabis Facilities <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br />Adopted this 25th day of July, 2023. <br />ATTEST: " <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />ChaWe Yunker, City Manager <br />
