CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-038 <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A NEW PLAN COORDINATOR FOR THE 457 <br />DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN WITH MISSION SQUARE <br />WHEREAS, our Managed Account Services Agreement with Mission Square requires a <br />designated Plan Coordinator for the fiduciary responsibilities of the plan; AND <br />WHEREAS, the City has identified Deborah Maloney, Finance Director, to fill the role of Plan <br />Coordinator. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village approves <br />Deborah Maloney as the new Plan Coordinator for the city's 457 Deferred Compensation Plan with <br />Mission Square. <br />Adopted this 25th day of July, 2023. <br />/ , jo <br />Rany Still ayor <br />ATTES <br />ty Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Char ie Yunker, City Manager <br />
