CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-042 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR INTERIM ORDINANCE 2023-04 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced interim ordinance <br />concerning a moratorium on the use of any land, acceptance of applications, or the issuance of any city permits, <br />for the sale, manufacture, or distribution of any cannabis products regulated under MINN. STAT. §342 and/or <br />Minnesota session laws 2023, Chapter 63; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2023-05 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Interim Ordinance 2023-05 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />Ordinance 2023-05 <br />An Interim Ordinance Establishing a Moratorium on the Use of Any Land, Acceptance of Applications, <br />or the Issuance of any City Permits, for the Sale, Manufacture, or Distribution of any Cannabis Products <br />Regulated Under MINN.
