CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-041 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH RAMSEY COUNTY TO PROVIDE <br />FIVE BENCHES TO THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village applied for a Be Active! Be Green! Bench grant through <br />Ramsey County; and <br />WHEREAS, the county will provide 5 benches to be placed in areas designated by the city; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony agrees to maintain benches and adhere to the conditions of the <br />agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the council authorizes staff to execute the agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the St. Anthony Village city council approves the agreement <br />with Ramsey County to provide five benches with the Be Active! Be Green!
