MEMORANDUM <br />To:St. Anthony Village Planning Commission <br />From:Stephen Grittman, City Planner <br />Date:Planning Commission Regular Meeting for August 15, 2023 <br />GC File No:140-01 – 23.03 <br />Request:Request for a Conditional Use Permit for an electronic (digital display) sign <br />for Nativity Church at 3312 Silver Lake Road <br />BACKGROUND AND STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />The applicant is proposing to upgrade an existing ground sign for message displays located at 3312 Silver <br />Lake Road. The ground sign would be located along the east side of the building, adjacent to Silver Lake <br />Road in the location of the current sign.
