The CIP provides a schedule for the various roadway <br />improvements that are necessary to maintain the City streets in an effective and efficient manner. <br />Due to the age of the streets and deterioration of street conditions, the streets listed above have been <br />identified for bituminous mill and overlay in the City’s CIP. <br />As a result, on June 13, 2023, the St. Anthony Village City Council authorized the preparation of an <br />engineering feasibility report for the 2024 Street Improvement Project. <br />68
