D/B/A <br />3 CenterPoint Energy Minnesota Gas (“CenterPoint Energy”), Its Successors and Assigns, A <br />4 Nonexclusive Franchise (“Franchise”) to Construct, Operate, Repair and Maintain Facilities and <br />5 Equipment for the Transportation, Distribution, Manufacture and Sale of Gas Energy for the <br />6 Public and Private Use and to use the Public Ways and Grounds of the City of St. Anthony, <br />7 Minnesota, for Such Purpose: And, Prescribing Certain Terms and Conditions Thereof. <br />8 <br />9 Motion carried 5-0. <br />10 <br />C.11 Resolution 23-045 – Approving Summary Publication of Ordinance 2023-04. <br />12 <br />13 City Manager Charlie Yunker reviewed Council is requested to approve the Summary <br />14 Publication of Ordinance 2023-04. <br />15 <br />16 Motion by Councilmember Webster, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to approve <br />17 Resolution 23-045 – Approving Summary Publication of Ordinance 2023-04. <br />18 <br />19 Motion carried 5-0. <br />20 <br />21 VII.REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />22 <br />23 City Manager Yunker had no report. <br />24 <br />25 Councilmember Walker had no report. <br />26 <br />27 Councilmember Jenson stated on August 17 he participated in a work session meeting. <br />28 <br />29 Councilmember Randle noted he also participated in the August 17 work session. <br />30 <br />31 Councilmember Webster also participated in the August 17 work session. <br />32 <br />33 Mayor Stille noted his MWMO and Regional Council of Mayors Meetings did not take place this <br />34 month. <br />35 <br />36 VIII.COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />37 <br />38 Ms. Carol Carlson, 2700 33rd Avenue NE, she moved here at the end of May last year. She lives <br />39 across the street from her daughter and has very little garbage each week. She has been getting <br />40 bills for garbage collection from Aspen for services she does not use. It is $300 a year. Mayor <br />41 Stille suggested Ms. Carlson get information from City Staff on the contract wording. <br />42 <br />43 IX.INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS - NONE. <br />44 <br />45 X.
