CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-051 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT AT CITY HALL ON <br />OCTOBER 15, 2023 <br />WHEREAS, Thomas Brever, St. Anthony Kiwanis, has submitted a special event permit to use <br />city property to host a fundraiser at City Hall on October 15, 2023 from 5:30PM to <br />9PM; and <br />WHEREAS, the event will be held at City Hall where alcohol will be sold; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the request and finds it to be acceptable. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village approves <br />the request from the St. Anthony Kiwanis to host a fundraiser at City Hall on October 15, 2023 <br />from 5:30 PM to 9 PM. <br />Adopted this 26th day of September, 2023. <br />Jy&Stilayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Cify Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
