ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-058 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT AT 3701 STINSON BLVD <br />NE ON OCTOBER 14 AND 15, 2023 <br />WHEREAS, Andrew has submitted a special event permit at 3701 Stinson Blvd NE on October 14 <br />& 15, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, the event will include live bands with amplified sound and alcohol served outside of <br />the establishment. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village approves <br />the request from Andrew to host an event on October 14 and October 15, 2023 at 3701 Stinson <br />Blvd NE. <br />Adopted this 1 Oth day of October, 2023. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Char ee Yunker, City Manager <br />
