If there is not in your state, move. <br />I am not willing. <br />I won't water my grass but I will water my gardens. <br />We have already done a lot of this. <br />Had large rain garden for 17 years - maintenance became an issue because if its size. <br />Encourage front lawns to use grasses that need very little watering, and heat and drought resistant , <br />such as sheepshead fescue and roadcrest crested wheatgrass. Always more room to <br />improve. <br />Reduce my water usage at home or in my business- insane. Reduce or stop watering a lawn or <br />garden with the high taxes, good luck on this, many neighbors praise their gardens.
