CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-059 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO APPROVE <br />TOWARD ZERO DEATHS GRANT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village Police Department wishes to partner with the <br />City of St. Paul Police Department on the 2023-2024 Toward Zero Deaths <br />Enforcement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to approve the <br />agreement with the City of St. Paul Police Department for the 2023-2024 Toward <br />Zero Deaths grant. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony <br />Village hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to approve the agreement for the Toward <br />Zero Deaths grant. <br />Adopted this 24th day of October, 2023. <br />Randy <br />ATTEST&� <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Review for Administration: �— <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
