CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-067 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2023-06 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance <br />concerning amending the St. Anthony City Code Title XI, Section I I I Relating to Regulation of Smoking in <br />Public Spaces; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the <br />intent of Ordinance 2023-06 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Interim Ordinance 2023-06 shall <br />be published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />Ordinance 2023-06 <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted interim Ordinance 2023-06 on November 28, 2023, <br />amending the St. Anthony City Code by Amending Title XI, Section I I I Relating to the Regulation of Smoking <br />in Public Places. <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br />Adopted this 28th day of November, 2023. <br />ATTEST: Oxem <br />City Cqerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Published: <br />Star Tribune <br />/and;�tille, <br />dl--� <br />Cliie Yunker, City Manager <br />
