ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-078 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID <br />FOR THE WELL NO. 4 REHABILITATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS,pursuant to a request for quotes for the improvement as shown on the plan for the above- <br />referenced project, quotes were received, opened, and tabulated according to law, and the <br />following quotes were received complying with the request: <br /> Contractor Total Base Bid <br />Alternate <br />No. 1 <br />Alternate <br />No. 2 <br />    <br />1 Keys Well Drilling Company $98,830.00 $13,000.00 $83,000.00 <br />2 Bergerson Caswell, Inc.$102,780.00 $15,850.00 $76,250.00 <br />3 Traut Companies $160,765.00 $15,500.00 $72,975.00 <br />WHEREAS,it appears that Keys Well Drilling Company of St. Paul, MN the lowest responsible <br />bidder, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with Keys Well Drilling Company in the base bid amount of $98,830.00, and as <br />determined necessary upon inspection, Alternate No.1 in the amount of $13,000, and <br />Alternate No. 2 in the amount of $83,000, in the name of the City of St. Anthony Village, <br />Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above-referenced project according to the <br />plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk. <br />Adopted this 12th day of December, 2023. <br /> <br />_____________________________ <br /> Randy Stille, Mayor <br />ATTEST:____________________________ <br /> City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration:______________________________ <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />185
