CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-069 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2024 APPOINTMENTS AND APPOINTING THE <br />CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS,the City Council conducted interviews for the 2024 appointments to the Planning <br />Commission; and <br />WHEREAS,the City Council recommended appointing Meridith Socha, Barbara Anderson and <br />Minerva Hark to the Planning Commission beginning January 1, 2024 for a three- <br />year term; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with St. Anthony City Code §32.07, Planning Commission Bylaws, <br />the City Council recommends appointing Meredith Socha as Chair and Paul <br />Morita as Vice Chair for the Planning Commission for 2024. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />Village hereby appoints Meridith Socha, Barbara Anderson and Minerva Hark for 3-year terms <br />and Meredith Socha as Chair and Paul Morita as Vice Chair for the Planning Commission for <br />2024. <br />Adopted this 12th day of December, 2023. <br /> _________________________________________ <br /> Randy Stille, Mayor <br />ATTEST:____________________________ <br /> City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: _________________________________________ <br /> Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />24
