CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-068 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING RANDY STILLE <br />AS A PARTICIPANT IN OUTSIDE ORGANIZATION FOR 2024 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony City Council appoints participants to key community <br />organizations and partners each year; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization (MWMO) is a key partner <br />for the City of Saint Anthony Village; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization (MWMO) Board of <br />Directors will experience significant change in membership in 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, the appointment of Randy Stille as participant to the Mississippi Watershed <br />Management Organization (MWMO) Board of Directors will assist the <br />organization with greater stability on their governing board for 2024. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony <br />Village hereby designates Randy Stille as participant to the Mississippi Watershed Management <br />Organization (MWMO) for 2024. <br />Adopted this 121—" day of December, 2023. <br />ATTEST <br />C y Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />A,* - <br />Randy St Mayor <br />Charl e Yunker, City Manager <br />
