WHEREAS, the scheduled debt levy for Series 2020A (9419A) in the amount of 232,806.84 is cancelled <br />and will be levied at a reduced amount of 102,806.84 and there are sufficient funds on hand <br />to cover the debt service payment; and <br />WHEREAS, the scheduled debt levy for Series 2021A (9420A) in the amount of 156,165.51 is cancelled <br />and will be levied at a reduced amount of 36,165.51 and there are sufficient funds on hand <br />to cover the debt service payment; and <br />WHEREAS, the scheduled debt levy for Series 2021A (9420B) in the amount of 114,035.84 is cancelled <br />and will be levied at a reduced amount of 84,035.84 and there are sufficient funds on hand <br />to cover the debt service payment; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held the required Truth in Taxation meeting on Tuesday, December 12, <br />2023, 7:00 P.M. in its Council Chambers, to discuss the 2024 budget and property tax levy <br />with the residents of St. Anthony Village; and <br />WHEREAS, the information required for the City Council to determine a Final 2024 property tax levy has <br />been collected <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br />1) The final 2024 Property Tax Levy is: <br />General Operating Levy $5,938,338 <br />Capital Improvement Project Levy $ 368,200 <br />Debt Service Levy $1,926,734 <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority Levy $ 209,414 <br />Building Improvement Levy $ 98,000 <br />Infrastructure Levy $ 635,447 <br />Park Improvement Levy $ 15,000 <br />$9,191,133 <br />2) The final 2024 General Fund Operating Budget totals $9,386, <br />Adopted this 120 day of December, 2023. <br />ATTEST: <br />C Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Randy <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
