ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-078 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID <br />FOR THE WELL NO.4 REHABHdTATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the improvement as shown on the plan for the above - <br />referenced project, quotes were received, opened, and tabulated according to law, and the <br />following quotes were received complying with the request: <br />Alternate Alternate <br />Contractor Total Base Bid No. 1 No. 2 <br />Keys Well Drilling Company <br />$98,830.00 <br />$13,000.00 <br />$83,000.00 <br />Bergerson Caswell, hic. <br />$102,780.00 <br />$15,850.00 <br />$76,250.00 <br />Traut Companies <br />$160,765.00 <br />$15,500.00 <br />$72,975.00 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Keys Well Drilling Company of St. Paul, MN the lowest responsible <br />bidder, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with Keys Well Drilling Company in the base bid amount of $98,830.00, and as <br />determined necessary upon inspection, Alternate No.1 in the amount of $13,000, and <br />Alternate No. 2 in the amount of $83,000, in the name of the City of St. Anthony Village, <br />Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above -referenced project according to the <br />plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk. <br />Adopted this 121 day of December, 2023. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Elerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />'a, Aw�� - <br />Randy Sti(V Mayor <br />- a�'� <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
