CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-073 <br />A RESOLUTION ADDING MISSED ASSESSMENTS FOR THE 2022 STREET AND <br />UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS TO THE TAX ROLLS BEGINNING 2024 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony sends the counties assessment rolls by November 30' <br />each year to be assessed to the property tax record the following year; and <br />WHEREAS, after sending over the 2022 Street and Improvement Assessment roll on <br />November 30, 2022, staff recognized 10 properties from the Mill and Overlay <br />project (Resolution 22-038) had been left off the final roll; and <br />WHEREAS, In January 2023, the property owners were contacted and told the assessment <br />would now begin in 2024 for the same terms as originally adopted in Resolution <br />22-038;and <br />WHEREAS, the attached list contains the properties from the 2022 Street and Utility project <br />that were missed for the 2023 tax rolls, that will now be sent over for assessment <br />beginning in 2024. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony <br />Village hereby adds the attached list of properties to the 2024 assessment roll with the original <br />terms as specified in Resolution 22-038. <br />Adopted this I P day of December, 2023. <br />ATTEST. <br />tv Cl •k <br />1 certify that this is a true and accurate <br />copy of the City of St. Anthony reairds. <br />AI id3 <br />Date <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
