6 <br />PLANS & REPORTS <br />The City has developed long-term strategic, infrastructure and financial plans that guide <br />the City’s work. These are reviewed and updated every year. These are in addition to the <br />Comprehensive Plan required by the Metropolitan Council. <br />The City also produces annual reports for each department and the City Council and <br />receives a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report from an auditing firm contracted by, <br />and reporting to, the City Council.
