City of St. Anthony <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />Minutes <br />December 12, 2023 <br />Roll Call: <br />Mayor & Council: <br />Randy Stille, Mayor Wendy Webster, Thomas Randle, Jan Jenson, Bernard Walker, Councilmembers <br />Staff: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />Call to Order: <br />Mayor Stille called the Work Session to order at 6:00 p.m. <br />Council Onboarding: <br />Staff presented the latest version of the Council Onboarding handbook for the Council’s review. Council <br />discussion various revisions and enhancements throughout the document. Staff will integrate all the <br />Council suggestions and bring an updated version to the January 9th City Council Worksession. <br />Council also discussed the objective of the handbook, which is to provide a guide for new <br />Councilmembers and provide those considering running for a City Council position, they have access to <br />the expectations of the role. <br />Future Work Sessions: <br />Next Work Session will be held on January 9th, 2024, at 5:30pm in the Council Chambers. <br />Adjournment: <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted by Charlie Yunker, City Manager.
