CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 24-005 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE STAR TRIBUNE THE LEGAL NEWSPAPER <br />FOR THE CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE FOR THE 2024 CALENDAR YEAR <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village hereby designates <br />The Star Tribune, a legal newspaper of general circulation in the City as, the official newspaper <br />of the City of St. Anthony for 2024 in which shall be published such measures and matters as are <br />by-laws of this State and City Code required to be published; and such other matters as the <br />Council may deem advisable and in the public interest to have published. <br />Adopted this 9th day of January, 2024. <br />______________________________________ <br />Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />ATTEST:____________________________ <br /> City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: _____________________________________ <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />33
